POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

The Test Engineer will:

• Provide Agile test support for NPES and NPES-related software. Testing will focus primarily on automated testing, focusing on maintaining the smoke test and building the regression test library.
• Could also include creation and documentation of test plans and procedures, documentation of bugs found, and supporting operational test efforts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Clearance Required: TS/SCI

Requirements:

Mandatory:

• Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience in testing software in an agile environment
• Experience in automated software testing
• Experience in JavaScript programming

Highly Desired:

• Experience in one of the following systems:
  • MILSTAR, SACCS, DSCS, GBS, MUOS, AEHF, NAOC, ABNCP, MCCC, JRADS, NSDL, GCCS
• Experience in a systems engineering related field with a specialization in computer science, information technology, or electrical engineering
• Experience in DoD test and evaluation
• Experience in Cypress test tool and/or Cypress Chrome Recorder
